If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, please contact our customer services team first and return the item with all parts and accessories and instructions in good condition.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (for example: your invoice, or PayPal trasaction ID.).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Absolutely LOVED this set! The pieces were very carefully made and the end result is amazing. No missing or damage pieces and was compatible to other name brand building sets! As a beginner collector, I will definitely be buying more sets from this site as they have a lot of incredible looking Star Wars building sets at great prices. I have already informed my friends that like this kind of stuff and told them to check out this site!
