This model has 4 bags of blocks in accordance with the building process - I came up missing a significant block in bag one - I have completed bag number two and have written about the missing block but haven't heard back and don't wish to proceed any further - I was hoping to do another submarine as I've actually enjoyed the submarine so far but will not based on the lack of customer service assistance in replacing parts that is no way my fault and will not recommend this model or BTS or Reobrix and will stick with COBI

The building instructions were very useful. It felt a bit like assembling a 3D puzzle.

The instruction manual is thick but easy and detailed. There is no piece missing pieces, although the clear plastic panels of the windows have some scratches, but they are not too noticeable. The material is similar to Lego. Overall, the interior details are particularly exquisite, the size of the house is a little larger than expected, this is a very beautiful building set.
